How the system works in case of theft

If your vehicle is stolen or goes missing, the Mi01 All-Inclusive recovery process is simple and stress-free:

1. You notice your vehicle is gone
   As soon as you or someone you trust realises your caravan, motorhome or campervan is missing, you contact Moving Intelligence directly using the number provided at registration.
2. Remote activation
   Our operations centre immediately and remotely activates your Mi01 All-Inclusive device. When your vehicle is reported stolen, we increase the transmission frequency - the number of pings - of the Mi01. From that moment, we can follow and locate your vehicle almost in real time, supporting a swift recovery together with the authorities.
3. Our Recovery Team springs into action
   Your vehicle’s location is pinpointed, and our in-house Recovery Team initiates the recovery operation. They have extensive experience working with police across the UK and Europe and coordinate directly with local authorities.
4. Vehicle recovered, paperwork sorted
   In most cases, the vehicle is found quickly and without damage. You’ll receive full support with documentation for your insurer and guidance on what to do next.
