Position Overview:
Are you a confident communicator who loves both generating leads and closing sales? We're hiring a Hybrid Sales Executive who can own the full sales process, from cold outreach to converting and growing customer accounts.
This is a phone-heavy, proactive role, perfect for someone who thrives on targets and results.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to generate and qualify lead
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, closing deals
- Build strong relationships with customers and dealer networks
- Track activity and pipeline progress in Salesforce CRM
- Hit (and exceed) monthly KPIs and revenue targets
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in lead generation and B2B sales
- Strong record of hitting targets in a fast-paced environment
- Confident making high volumes of outbound calls daily
- Skilled at building rapport and negotiating deals
- Independent, driven, and results-focused
- Experience in telematics, automotive, or insurance is a bonus
- CRM experience (preferably Salesforce
