Position Overview: 

Are you a confident communicator who loves both generating leads and closing sales? We're hiring a Hybrid Sales Executive who can own the full sales process, from cold outreach to converting and growing customer accounts.

This is a phone-heavy, proactive role, perfect for someone who thrives on targets and results.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Make outbound sales calls to generate and qualify lead
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, closing deals 
  • Build strong relationships with customers and dealer networks
  • Track activity and pipeline progress in Salesforce CRM
  • Hit (and exceed) monthly KPIs and revenue targets

 

Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years in lead generation and B2B sales
  • Strong record of hitting targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident making high volumes of outbound calls daily
  • Skilled at building rapport and negotiating deals  
  • Independent, driven, and results-focused
  • Experience in telematics, automotive, or insurance is a bonus
  • CRM experience (preferably Salesforce
