Position Overview: 

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on generating leads and closing deals over the phone? At Moving Intelligence, we're looking for an energetic and results-oriented Internal Sales Representative to take ownership of outbound sales activities. You’ll be on the front line of our sales efforts, making high volumes of calls each day to potential customers, qualifying leads, and converting interest into long-term business relationships.

This is a proactive, phone-heavy sales role – not a customer service position. If you're confident on the phone, motivated by targets, and love building client relationships, we want to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively generate and follow up on sales leads via outbound calls, email, and our website
  • Make a high volume of daily sales calls to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and close initial sales
  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers to increase commitment to our services
  • Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to convert leads into long-term customers
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities in Salesforce (CRM)
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer and dealer accounts
  • Process orders and manage follow-ups using the CRM system 

 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telesales
  • Demonstrated success in a target-driven sales environment
  • Comfortable making dozens of outbound calls per day
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Skilled in using CRMs (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
