1. Promoter 

The prize draw is organised by Moving Intelligence Ltd, registered in the UK with registered office at Trinity House, Bredbury Business Park, Bredbury Park Way, Bredbury, Stockport, Greater Manchester, SK6 2SN.

2. Eligibility 

  • The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. 

  • Employees of Moving Intelligence Ltd.  and their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from entry. 

  • Only one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

    3. How to Enter 

    • The first 10 valid submissions received will win a prize. 

    • No purchase is necessary. Internet access is required. 

    • Entries received after the first 10 valid submissions will not be eligible for a prize.

    4. Entry Period 

    The draw opens on 01/06/2025 and will close on 12/10/2025 or will automatically close once 1000 valid entries have been received.

    5. Prizes 

    • We will give away 1 Mi01 Sentry for every 100 eligible entries, up to 10 devices. 

    • No cash alternative will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. 

    • The prize does not include subscription and installation fees.

    6. Winner Selection and Notification 

    • Winners will be contacted by email within 7 working days of their entry. 

    • If a winner does not respond within 5 working days, the prize may be forfeited and offered to the next eligible participant. 

    • Prizes will be dispatched within 14 working days of confirmation.

    • Personal data submitted in connection with this prize draw will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the competition and (if consented) sending marketing communications. 

    • Data will be held securely by Moving Intelligence and will not be shared with third parties.

    • By ticking the optional marketing consent box on the entry form, entrants agree to receive newsletters and promotional offers from Moving Intelligence. 

    • Consent is not required to enter the draw and can be withdrawn at any time.

    • Moving Intelligence reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice due to circumstances beyond its control. 

    • The promoter's decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. 

    • This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of those countries.
