Security firm on track with deal

A VEHICLE security firm is celebrating after agreeing a lucrative contract in the insurance market. Phantom Tracking, based on Hillgate, central Stockport, provides tracking systems with taxi drivers, hauliers and couriers among its clients. It has signed a deal with Bollington Insurance Brokers to offer discounted installation to customers. The deal is expected to be useful for the fleet industry. Phantom MD Steve Cherry said: I am delighted Bollington has chosen to work with us and were looking forward to a long and prosperous relationship because we work in similar sectors. Bollington understands the insurance needs of its fleet clients very well and looks for innovative ways to help clients save money on their renewal premiums. We have seen so many instances over recent years where insurers refuse to acknowledge that the installation of trackers reduces the risk to that company and should be reflected in the insurance premium they pay.
